The launch of the award was in a meeting of the Jeddah Provincial Council chaired by His Royal Highness Prince Mishaal bin Majid – Governor of Jeddah, where the proposal to award an Excellence Award at the level of Jeddah Governorate was discussed by teachers and teachers in all stages of public education.
